What is Fiberoptic Endoscopic
Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)?

Mobile FEES is a Gold-Standard swallowing imaging assessment that is used daily in hospitals across the country. FEES can easily be brought to your facility within 1-3 days and is quick, easy, safe, well-tolerated, & cost effective.

Mobile swallowing testing using FEES is completed in the comfort of your facility using a fiberoptic endoscope. It can be completed at the Resident's bedside, wheelchair, lounge, or dining table. Wherever is most comfortable!

With Mobile FEES, there is no radiation, no barium, and minimal discomfort. The test is safe and quick, and it usually takes about 15 minutes to complete. Residents are able to eat and drink what they prefer and enjoy for however long they choose.

FEES can be repeated as often as needed to re-evaluate swallowing. By using an endoscopic camera to visualize the throat in full color, we are able to review videos frame-by-frame to assess for aspiration & other swallowing difficulties.

Hi, I'm Erin Keleny, M.S. CCC-SLP.

Owner and Co-Founder of E's Mobile FEES.

Working in the skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and hospital environments has inspired me every day and has solidified a passion for enhancing someone's ease, comfort, and enjoyment when eating and drinking.

I founded E's Mobile FEES with the goal to provide those with swallowing

difficulties the ability to safely enjoy

the foods and drinks they love.

I strive to work collaboratively with the individual, their loved ones, the care team and nursing staff, and the facility Speech-Language Pathologist to develop the most person-centered and comprehensive recommendations possible.
